The company Tekton, Erazem Svanjak s.p. offers:
Custom 3D printing - printing of ordered parts according to customer's files or by agreement.
Sale of filaments and materials from its own stock through the online store.
Promotional products for companies (custom printing, production of unique business gifts, etc.).
3. Prices and offer validity
All prices on the website are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
The company Tekton, Erazem Svanjak s.p. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. For orders, the prices that are valid at the time of order submission apply.
The offer is valid until the stock is sold out or until withdrawn.
4. Purchase process
Online purchase of filaments and products: The buyer selects the desired products and adds them to the shopping cart.
In the shopping cart, the buyer reviews the order and completes the purchase by selecting the payment and delivery method.
After submitting the order, the buyer receives a confirmation email.
Ordering 3D printing services: The buyer sends an inquiry through the contact form or email.
Based on the provided 3D file and specifications, we prepare an offer.
After confirming the offer, the order is realized.
5. Payment methods
We support the following payment methods: Invoice upon advance payment (bank transfer)
Payment upon collection (additional postage costs)
Payment upon personal collection (by agreement)

You will receive an electronic invoice upon order confirmation or upon delivery.
6. Delivery terms and delivery
The delivery time for products in stock is usually 1-3 working days from receipt of payment or order confirmation.
The delivery time for 3D printing services depends on the complexity and quantity of the order; the customer is informed about the expected delivery time upon confirmation of the offer. Delivery is made through Pošta Slovenije or another carrier by agreement. Shipping costs are clearly stated before completing the purchase.
7. Personal collection
Personal collection of the order is possible by prior agreement at the company's address. The buyer receives a notification when the order is ready for collection.
8. Right to withdraw from the contract (online store)
The buyer has the right, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, to notify the company in writing within 14 days of receiving the product that they are withdrawing from the contract, without giving a reason. The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying documents. The buyer bears the costs of return. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product. Exceptions: The right to withdraw does not apply to: Products and services that were made to order (e.g. custom 3D printing).
Products that are inseparably connected to other products due to their nature.
9. Complaints and warranty
In case of an error or damage to the product upon receipt, the buyer must immediately notify us via email.
The company Tekton, Erazem Svanjak s.p. will correct the error, replace the product, or refund the purchase price in accordance with the law.
We do not offer a warranty for the suitability of custom 3D printed products for a specific purpose, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in the offer.
10. Liability
Tekton, Erazem Svanjak s.p. is not responsible for any difficulties in using the website that are the result of improper use, technical issues, or the actions of third parties.
The company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the website without prior notice.
11. Personal data protection
The company Tekton, Erazem Svanjak s.p. protects personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable legislation.
We use the collected data exclusively for the execution of orders and communication with customers.

12. Dispute resolution
The company strives for amicable resolution of all potential disputes.
The buyer can send a complaint to the email address info@tekton.si.
In case of a dispute, the competent court in Slovenia is competent. The company does not recognize any out-of-court dispute resolution body as competent, unless the law provides otherwise.
13. Final provisions
The company Tekton, Erazem Svanjak s.p. reserves the right to change the terms of business at any time, without prior notice. Changes take effect on the day of publication on the website.
