The delivery time depends mainly on the complexity of the model, the length of the print, the material used, and the printing technology. We have most filaments in stock, so we strive to process orders as quickly as possible - often on the same or next day. With each order, we inform you about the expected production and delivery time, so you are always up to date with the progress of your project.
For 3D printing, we mainly use files in the STL (Stereolithography) format, which is the standard format for 3D models and contains information about the surface geometry of the object. If you cannot export files to STL yourself, we will be happy to help you. We also accept other technical formats, such as OBJ, STEP, DWG, or SLDPRT (SolidWorks file). It is essential that the model allows for accurate export for preparation for printing.
Degree of filling (infill) is adjustable and depends mainly on the purpose of the product. For decorative elements, we usually use a lower filling or even empty models, while functional or mechanically loaded parts can be almost completely full. When choosing the right degree of filling, we are happy to advise you based on use, required strength, and cost-effectiveness. You can read more about filling (infill).
3D printed products can be just as durable as plastic parts made with other technologies (e.g. injection molding), if they are properly designed. The key is to choose the right type of plastic, suitable printing technology, and optimal degree of filling (infill) for a specific application. We offer up to 2 years of warranty on functional products that we design and manufacture. For non-functional products, such as decorative items, warranty usually does not apply, unless they are designed by our team - in that case, we offer 1 year of warranty. The warranty for 3D printing is adapted based on the type of service and specifics of the individual product, so we recommend contacting us for accurate information when placing an order. In 3D printing, it is essential to consider technical limitations, such as overhangs, thin walls, or complex internal structures, which may cause some details to be not entirely accurate. We always carefully consider these limitations to ensure the best possible result. Our greatest satisfaction is that our customers are satisfied with our services. If you are not completely satisfied with the product or print quality, please contact us, and we will work together to find a suitable solution.
Shipping costs are €5.50 for orders up to €100 in value. For orders exceeding €100 in value, shipping is free. We send packages through the services of Pošte Slovenije. If you prefer, it is also possible to pick up the products in person at our location. We are located in Radlje ob Dravi, in the business incubator at Dobrava 44a, where we look forward to welcoming you.
